The secret ingredient within any good customer care team is the ability to have a deep knowledge of how your product works. It’s not that we expect each team member to build your product from scratch, but realistically they should know the ins and outs of how your product works.

We have close to 70 accounts actively booking on our system, which requires 70 different channels of instruction. Our staff are trained to deal with any issues that may arise and are highly skilled in the art of ‘keeping cool’ but more importantly, the willingness to learn to make our clients experience better.
